    We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially for weekends and busy times like spring and the end of the school year.
    8Can parents stay during the event?
    Parents are welcome to stay at the beginning of the party. For older children, many families choose to leave so kids can fully enjoy the experience with their friends.
    9What is your cancellation or refund policy?
    Cancellations made more than 7 days before the party are fully refundable. Within 7 days, bookings can be rescheduled or credited toward a future date. Because preparation and materials are arranged in advance, same-day cancellations are not refundable or eligible for credit.
